Description: Create a flexible online system that logs various Cancellation job requirements, including Flight cancellations, Train delays and cancellations, and baggage handling. Save time on two main areas: 1- time taken to collate data from hotels regarding the room availability, 2- time taken to contact coach operators notifying them of a new job and finding out if the could supply coaches ion the given date

The project included:
  • Automated username and password generation
  • Emails notification for arability based and the date data was entered
  • SMS Text Messaging
  • Statistic reporting
  • Data monitoring. The online system checks that hotel availability is up to date and if it is not, sends email notification to the relevant hotel.
